1921 Morgan Dollar
High Grade- brilliant mint state uncirculated, frosty cartwheel luster, very sharp
Rare "Wide Reeding" Variety VAM
In 1921 a new collar with less reeding was introduced at the Philadelphia mint. These experimental strikes are identified by looking at the edge of the coin, with the reeds looking much thicker than the standard issue dollars.
The first photo shows the coin between 2 regular 1921 Morgan Dollars for comparison.
