About Product
The item is 100% Brand new and Genuine! (Purchased from Authorised Distributors).
We import our products from Dubai, Europe and Malaysia to offer our customers the competitive and best prices. All our phones are unlocked so they work on all UK networks. Sometimes it is possible that your box might not be sealed; this is simply to get the phones unlocked. So please be rest assured as phones are new and work on all UK networks. If they need to be unlocked; they are then tested by dialing service no. so ignore any service no in dialed/calls list.
The plug/adopter inside the box can depend on the country or region where the phone has come from, but you can easily get Genuine UK plugs from anywhere or you can request us to send you one. Or you can simply use or order a travel adopter.
Most of the brands no longer include the adopter in the box, they are sold seperately and this change has been done by manufacturers so it is beyond our control.
Sometimes by default the language set can be of the country or region it was actually manufactured for. If that is the case with your phone, please just change the language to English from the settings menu.
Warranty/Repair
These phones come with 2 year Seller warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing faults only. If your phone has manufacturing fault, please drop us email with your Name eBay ID and Order no, we will proceed from there.
Returns - (Must read before purchasing)
In case if you wish to return the phone, please return within 30 days. Full refunds will only be issued if the phone is either faulty or still sealed in the condition as it was sent to you. If you change your mind and seal is open, we will deduct £10-20 from your refund (depending on how damaged th box is). We will be deducting the postal charges of £8 for all returns unless faulty.
In case of faulty product, please sign out & remove your accounts/ids before returning & please remove the phone lock/code as well. If the phone is returned with any of these, we will be deducting £30 from your refund.
We would not be able to process the refund it the phone still has id or account set up or has a phone lock/code still on. We record IMEIS & Serial numbers where applicable for security and for our record purpose in case of return and items being stolen or reported lost.
Your refund will be processed within 48 hours after being delivered to us. We first fully inspect the return and check if the reason you stated in your return reuest is genuine; if it is not we will deduct £10 from your refund to cover the postages.
About Invoice
Please note that we don't include paper invoice with the item. Please feel free to contact us if you need an electronic invoice.
Packaging
The product is first fully bubble wrapped and then sent out in the plastic envelope. So it is very rare that you receive a damaged box/item. On rare occasions just the box from outside can get damaged, not by our side, by the courier service but the phone not likely to get damaged as its protected by manuals in the box.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch either the same day if ordered by 11am or dispatch it the next working day if ordered after. The items can be dispatched from any of our warehouses based in London or Derby.
For shipping to UK & Ireland, we send it through Royal Mail Tracked 24, which normally takes 1-2 working days but please allow a day extra as couriers can be delayed as well due to unforeseen circumstances. Some phones come with a Free Guaranteed Special Day Next Day Delivery Before 1pm. In the case if your item does not come with a free next day delivery and if you require your phone urgent, for just £4.75 extra, we can even send through Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm if ordered before 11am; you would be enjoying your new phone before 1pm the very next day.
For shipping to Europe, we send by DHL Express, it takes 5~7 working days including handling time - contact us for charges.
