If returning padded bikini tops or bras please twist the cups at the centre if it is a thin strip so they lie inside each other rather than pushing the cups inside out which causes damage to the foam. Alternatively, pack it in the same way you received it and return it in the box it was sent in.

All padded items are sent boxed to allow space and remove the need to turn padded cups inside out. No refunds will be given if these simple instructions are not followed.

For reasons of health, hygiene safety and copyright, we are unable to exchange or refund the following products once worn or once the packaging has been opened or damaged, unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose:

2. Underwear and shape wear (in the interest of hygiene please do not remove briefs when trying on garments)

3. Control wear

4. Hosiery

5. Swimwear (unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place)

Strictly no returns if hygiene strip has been removed.

If purchasing more than one item please use the basket so that it all comes on the same invoice. For International buyers please request combined postage & packaging before paying to allow for invoice amendment as, once paid for, no refunds can be given.
