Alloy block, liners etc can be used for Gti, cti etc replacement.
Primarily this is a 1.6 Gti engine apart from having different Cam/shims. Also has Alloy sump which is better than Steel sumps which are susceptible to rusting.
This was a good engine prior to taking out of car.
It is current still in car and will be taken out probably tail end of June
