I HAD A LOT OF MERCHANDISE FROM THEIR FINAL DAYS, BEFORE THEIR ACQUISITION BY FANATICS

NOTE: this is from the Majestic Authentic Flex Base collection, this is the real deal. This is a team issue jersey. There is writing on the collar and that is because each jersey had to go through an approval process at the final fitting. Majestic, founded by Faust Capobianco, which was located in Bangor, PA, recently merged with fanatics and moved to Easton PA, I don't know all the details on the acquisition.

As you can see the jersey was approved for the big leagues, by MC ( i'm not sure but I think he had a wife or daughter named Maria, Maria Rose Fashions was their operating name, being very involved with the sewing/production department , most likely, she was the final sign off on the jerseys ) on the inside collar, MC initialed in silver sharpie on the inside collar.

These jerseys were being made in preparation for the upcoming 2016 season. I'll say it again these jerseys were being made, for the team for the 2016 season, not tagged for retail. They would go down to preseason, for the final fitting, make sure there were no changes that had to be made as per player request, then create the uniform. They always had to have a surplus in stock, because of so many intangibles during the season. This is from the surplus.

It's cool enough to have one of these Diamondbacks vintage jerseys, as I'm sure there's not a lot out there, yet alone, to have been authenticated for the big leagues, is even better. Majestic used to have the contract to make all the uniforms for Major League Baseball
