This is a very nice LogiKit by Idiom Press model # CMOS-4 Electronic Keyer, which came from a local Amateur Radio Operator's Estate Sale. It requires a 12V DC supply, and keying paddles of your choice, they are not included. 

It generates Morse Code (CW) keying signals for a Ham Radio Transmitter, with many features for those Hams who do DX'ing and Contesting. The Instruction manual is available for free on-line download, if you'd like more information, and I've taken pictures of some of the Specifications and Operation pages that you can zoom in on.

Shipping charges will be $8.65 to CONUS locations, with careful packing.  Shipping charges are based on other electronic items of similar size and weight that I've recently shipped. 

Shipping is ONLY to a PayPal Confirmed Address. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to make sure the address listed on their account is correct.  Please update your account address before buying, as I cannot send items to a different address than the one provided on your account.  Local pickup is available. 

Any International sales must use eBay's International Shipping Program service, where I ship the units to their forwarding center, and eBay takes care of the necessary customs, etc. paperwork, and then they ship onward to the buyer. No Direct Overseas Sales! No sales to Germany due to their new seller and shipping requirements.

Please understand that once I've dropped off an item to be shipped, I have no further control of when it will actually arrive at your location. Occasionally, the shipping company routes the package through some far, out-of-the-way locations which can greatly delay the shipping time, compared to what eBay quotes for delivery times.
