  • Up for sale is a rare, classic late 1980s Japanese-made Sony LBT-V701 midi-sized component system. This auction includes three matching core blocks from the legendary Precise/Liberty series. The system delivers a powerful, warm, and dynamic vintage analog sound.
  • Condition & Restoration Details:
    • Overall Functionality: All 3 components have been fully tested, serviced, and restored to working order. The system plays beautifully.
    • Cassette Deck (TC-V701): The entire tape transport mechanism  has been replaced with a brand-new one. It plays, rewinds, and records perfectly with stable speed.
    • Cosmetic Condition: Excellent cosmetic condition for its age. The front fascia/panels of all three units are clean, with no visible scratches, dents, or paint chips. Light, normal signs of use may be present on the top metal covers from stacking.
    Remote Control: Not included.
