This is a Rare Vintage Paul Bocuse Signature Dinner Knife Made by
Reed & Barton. Pattern RDS59 - Discontinued. Ivory Plastic Handle
with a Swirl Design, Pink. Made in Korea. Guessing from '70s or '80s.

Paul Bocuse was a prominent and celebrated French Chef  who was a leading
figure in the path breaking culinary movement known as Nouvelle Cuisine.
He modernized this version of classic French cooking in the late 1960s and
early ’70s. He recently passed away at the age of 91.

The knife is 8 3/8" long overall. The blade is 4" long.

Overall in very good condition. Doesn't appear to have been used at a
