Operational Phase:

If the return does not take place within this period, the withdrawal becomes ineffective, not accepted and non-refundable. If, however, you want to activate our Easy Return service, when you communicate your intention to make the return, you just need to indicate the day you prefer for collection and prepare the package for return by inserting the product in the same package in which you received it, or in a similar format, seal the package well with tape and wait comfortably for the courier to pass by for collection.

Attention:

In both cases the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, with the original packaging and labels, it must not have been used (except as necessary to verify compliance with its description), washed or tampered with.

The Customer does not have the right of withdrawal only for products made to measure or clearly personalized.
