1. Press the power button to turn on the device, and the current electric and magnetic field values will be displayed in full screen. Short press the backlight button to turn on the backlight, and short press again to turn off the backlight. Without any button operation, the backlight will turn off after 20 seconds. Press the power button to turn off the device after turning it on. Without any button operation, the instrument panel will shut down after 3 minutes.

Note: Due to possible electromagnetic interference in the environment, the instrument may have small readings when turned on, which is not a malfunction of the instrument.

2. Handheld instrument, the front-end sensing area gradually approaches the electromagnetic radiation source to be tested. If the actual radiation value is within the instrument's testing technical specifications, the instrument will display a numerical value; If the instrument has no reading, it indicates that the electromagnetic radiation value of the radiation source is less than the minimum reading of the machine by 1V/m or 0.01pT. Explanation: During electric/magnetic field measurement, the red indicator light on the front-end probe lights up, the buzzer sounds to prompt, and the display screen displays different simulation strips and test parameters according to the size of the test value. Exceeding the alarm threshold (electric field: 40V/m; When the magnetic field is 0.4 μ T, the instrument will display sound, light, and screen simultaneously. Note: For long-distance measurement of high-voltage facilities, please pay attention to safety.

3. Short press the "MODE" button to switch between electric/magnetic fields and ℃/℉ functions.

4. Pressing the HOLD button during the measurement process will lock the instrument reading, and the screen will display the "H" symbol. If locking is not required, press the HOLD button again. The buzzer is enabled by default on this device, and the screen displays the horn symbol.

5. During the measurement process, if there is no lock state, press the "RANGE" button to switch between the average value, maximum value, and minimum value alternately.
