* item is is new however the quality control from this manufacturer is hit and miss so im selling as is no refunds no returns and thats why im listing as parts repair so that no returns refunds will be allowed....ive sold many of these and have several positive feedback however some of these the tips with images sometimes are unclear blurry and sometimes repetitive...this has nothing to do with me...im not a retailer and im definitely not a manufacturer...so you can buy these but just be aware that the tips performance is not guaranteed.
