Here's a vintage Pierpoint Landing, Long Beach, California souvenir felt pennant. It measures approximately 26 inches long. 

There is fading, wear and creasing as well as some paint loss in the lettering. There is material missing from the strip of felt on the left edge and the tassels have been cut off.
