1. U.S. Orders (FedEx Only)

All U.S. shipments are handled via FedEx.

Import Duties: As the seller, I cover all import duties and customs fees.

Refund Policy: Since duties are pre-paid by the seller, shipping fees for U.S. orders are non-refundable.

2. International Orders (Outside the U.S.)

Shipments are handled via EMS or FedEx. Actual costs are confirmed on the Wednesday of the following week. If the actual cost is lower than paid, the difference is refunded as follows:

Standard (EMS / Under 30kg Volumetric): Full refund of the difference. No handling fees.

Oversized (FedEx / Over 30kg Volumetric): Required for items over 30kg. Due to FedEx’s policy of billing surcharges up to 2 months after delivery, a $10.00 surcharge per 1kg (for weight exceeding 30kg) will be deducted from the refund.

Ex: 35kg (5kg over) = $50.00 deduction.

3. Combined Shipping

Small items can be combined. Please allow ~9 hours for item synchronization between eBay and the EGS system before processing.
