This is a card from my personal collection as a teenager. It was pulled from either a Blue Eyes White Dragon or Magic Ruler pack from a K-Mart in Palatka Florida (oddly specific information I know but I fully remember feeling unbelievably ripped off due to missing out on a secret rare that I threw it in to a binder and never looked at it again for 20 or so years 😭)
