  1. Strip about 7~8mm insulation off the end of solar cable
  2. Put the stripped wire into tin-plated copper terminal, use dedicated crimp plier to firmly crimp terminal onto cable
  3. Push crimped terminal into corresponding male/female plastic housing until you hear “click” locking sound
  4. Thread waterproof rubber gland onto cable, screw tightly onto connector housing for full waterproof seal
  5. Align male and female plug notch, press firmly to complete locking connection
