Creatine monohydrate.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation. During pregnancy and lactation consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
Suggested use
Mix 5 g (1 level scoop) in 150-200 ml of water or juice and drink immediately after preparation. Use as required, no more than once a day.
When dissolved, a precipitate may form at the bottom, which you can drink without fear - a natural occurrence caused by the low solubility of creatine monohydrate in water.
The product shows strong hygroscopic properties.
Caking of the powder is not an indication of a loss of product properties - in this case, the product should be crushed.
Storage
Store in a dry and dark place, at a temperature of 0-25ºC, out of the reach of small children.
