Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a functional disorder of the digestive system manifested by abdominal pain, bloating and abnormal bowel movements. The causes of IBS are not fully understood, but it has been linked to intestinal hypersensitivity and a disturbed microbiome, making modulation of the gut microflora an increasingly popular treatment option.
SanBiotics IBS from Activlab contains the probiotic Lactobacillus plantarum, which is used to improve gut health and relieve IBS symptoms. Research indicates that L. plantarum can improve the quality of life for people with IBS by reducing symptoms and supporting the microbial balance of the gut. Through the action of this strain, it is possible to strengthen the intestinal barrier and reduce its permeability, which limits the access of pathogens and may contribute to the reduction of IBS symptoms.

Ingredients:
Starch, probiotic bacteria Lactobacillus plantarum DSM 25710, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide. May contain soy derivatives.
Recommended Usage:
Children between the ages of 3 and 12: 1 capsule per day.
Adults and children over the age of 12: 1-2 capsules per day.
The product may be taken with or without a meal, preferably with boiled or mineral water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Take the capsules on an empty stomach or with a meal.
The product can be used in children over 3 years of age. When administered to children, the capsule can be opened and the contents dissolved in lukewarm or cold liquid: water, tea, milk. Consume immediately after preparation. Can be used during antibiotic therapy, best to continue taking the product up to 14 days after the end of antibiotic administration.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any of the preparation ingredients. During pregnancy and lactation, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
Storage:
Out of the reach of small children. Store in a dry place, avoid excessive heat. Do not use if the seal under the cap is damaged or missing.
