This is a Talbots  brand  women's skirt in a labeled  size 12. This skirt is  in perfect new and with tags condition. . Light weight woven 98 % wool + 3 % nylon + 1 % spandex in a light gray color.

This skirt has classic styling with  an Aline cut, a side zipper and is fully lined.

 Waist = 31" ; Hip= 47" and length = 28".

Pre-owned items will be shipped to you freshly washed or dry cleaned. Items are from a smoke free home.

Please note that once items are cleaned they are kept  in a cedar lined closet with Lavender sachets - If the possibility of these scents disturbs you, please refrain from bidding, as I will not accept returns for perceived item scents or odors.

We do have dogs but they are kept away from the items we sell. 

I carefully measure each item, so use the measurements as your best guide to fit.Please read the measurements - sizes vary among makers . Even the same maker will have variability in their sizing

1. Item must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt. Must be returned in exact condition it was sent.
