For sale is a one-of-a-kind vintage custom wire-wrapped microcomputer prototyping board.
Built on a classic blue Vector 3677 edge-connector board, this unique piece of 1980s engineering features a dense, hand-wired point-to-point backplane. It appears to be a custom 8-bit single-board computer or serial controller.
Component Highlights:
- CPU: Hitachi HD46802P (Motorola 6802 compatible)
- Communications: Motorola MC6850P ACIA (UART)
- Memory: Dallas DS1220Y Nonvolatile SRAM, Hitachi HM6264LP-15 SRAM, Fujitsu MB8532 EPROM
- Power/Clock: Elexon DC-512 DC/DC Converter, Nymph 1.8432 MHz Oscillator
- Board: Vector 3677 Prototyping Board with gold-plated edge fingers.
Condition (Please Read Carefully):
This board was recovered from an industrial electronics cleanout and is being sold strictly AS-IS, untested, and unverified for parts, reverse-engineering, or as a vintage display piece. Please review all high-resolution photos carefully.
- Visuals: The board shows typical age-related wear, dust, and tarnish on the edge connector fingers.
- Wiring: The rear wire-wrap network is dense, but some external jumper wires appear to have been snipped or are loose.
- We do not have schematics or the equipment to test this custom hardware. No returns will be accepted for functional failure or missing connections.
