1841 ES11vb RARE SG14 2d BLUE X 2/SG8 1d RED LONDON 2 IN MALTESE CROSS ON PIECE 

A 1d Red Brown, along with 2 2d Blues, on piece, each struck by a London number "2" in Maltese cross,

making an unusual 5d postage rate. 

If only the busy London post office had cut the stamps more carefully with better margins, 

and cancelled more carefully, however it is a rare item, and priced accordingly.
