The Agilent 33220A is a 20 MHz DDS function/arbitrary waveform generator with 14‑bit, 50 MSa/s AWG, 10 mVpp–10 Vpp output range, built‑in modulation and sweep modes, and standard USB/GPIB/LAN remote control; this unit powers on and functions but has a faulty front‑panel display which does not affect RF output or remote control operation.
The 33220A is a direct‑digital‑synthesis (DDS) function/arbitrary waveform generator intended for bench and production use. It produces clean sine and square waves up to 20 MHz, pulses up to 5 MHz, and linear ramps up to 200 kHz, with arbitrary waveform capability at 14‑bit resolution and 50 MSa/s sample rate (64k points). The instrument supports internal AM, FM, PM, FSK, PWM, burst, and sweep modes and stores up to four user waveforms in nonvolatile memory.
