The Komax Cosmic 60R is a semiautomatic, bench‑portable desheathing machine engineered for small to medium production runs. It uses a patented quadruple blade rotating system that centers the conductor, produces a precise round cut, and delivers high pull‑off force for reliable jacket removal across a wide range of materials including PVC, PE, PP, rubber, solar cable jackets, and data cables.

Operation and controls

Operation is intentionally simple with three analogue controls to set cut diameter, stripping length, and partial pull‑off length. A release sensor triggers the automatic cycle when the conductor tip contacts the sensor, minimizing operator input and training time. The display indicates cut diameter in 0.01 mm increments for fine adjustment.
