Who flew in 242 Squadron with Gp Capt Douglas Bader, shot down in a Spitfire over France in 1941, evaded capture and returned to England via Spain, Air Officer Commanding Hong Kong 1964 to 66 and founder Member of the RAF Escaping Society.
