Notes:
After turning on the machine, set the speed to 2, temperature to 5 and voltage between 105-115 first. Turn on the hot air and preheat for 20 minutes.
Once preheating is finished, switch on the conveyor and feed your test samples. Adjust the speed according to the packaging effect:
If heavy wrinkles appear, reduce the speed;
If air vents tear open or the film burns through, slightly increase the speed. If this does not work, adjust the temperature instead. Please note that a 20-minute preheat period is recommended every time you change the temperature setting.
