Features:
1. The Timegrapher NO. 1000 is a precise mechanical watches test instrument, it is used for multi-testing by watch manufacturers and watch technician.
2. The frequency diagram of the watch can be displayed in the LCD screen.
3. According to different watches, the instrument will automatically adjust optimal signal level during testing.
4. The instrument will automatically calculate the rate, amplitude, beat error, and display them by data in real time.
5. For the conventional beat, the instrument can automatically response; for the special beat, can manually select.
6. The sampling period can selected by 2 seconds, 4 seconds, 6 seconds, 8 seconds, 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds, 60 seconds, and the average of corresponding period will be regard as the precise value of the watch.

3 Installation
3.1 Basic Components of the Instrument
Test instrument mainframe, sensor, power supply unit, product manual
3.2 Installation of Equipment
The instrument must not be installed in direct sunlight or in places where the temperature exceeds 60℃. The sensor should be kept at a sufficient distance from noisy mechanical sounds, horn sounds, sharp object knocking sounds, and ultrasonic cleaner sounds. Noisy sounds can affect the signal sensing.
3.2.1 Connect the power supply
Plug the power supply into the appropriate power socket. The voltage range of the power supply is between 100V and 240V.
3.2.2 Connect the Sensor: Connect the sensor plug to the sensor interface of the main unit.
4 Operation
After the power supply and the sensor are connected properly, the instrument enters the testing state. Place the watch on the sensor, and the crown (the faucet) of the watch should rest against the metal sheet. The test position can be changed at will. After changing, the hand should be away from the sensor and the watch. If the green signal light flashes, it indicates that the signal from the watch has been received.
5 The use of buttons
5.1 Start/Pause Button
When adjusting any parameter of the instrument, the start/pause button should be pressed once first. First, press the start/pause button once. The instrument will stop running, the green light will go out, and when the red light comes on, you can adjust the parameters. After the adjustment is completed, press the start/pause button again. The red light will go out, the green light will come on, and the instrument will return to normal testing. The original data and screen display will be refreshed.
5.2 Menu/Sound Keys
During the instrument test, directly press the menu/sound key to turn on or off the sound (speaker). When the instrument is paused, press the sound/menu key once to enter the menu item. Press the sound/Menu key again to select the menu. Press the ↑↓ key to change the parameters of the selected menu.
5.3 Value ↓ Key
During normal testing of the instrument, pressing the value ↓ key can increase the contrast of the display screen. After selecting any option you want to adjust by pressing the menu key, press the value ↓ key to choose the next lower coefficient value.
5.4 Numerical ↑ key
During normal testing of the instrument, pressing the ↑ key can lower the contrast of the display screen. After selecting any option to adjust by pressing the menu key, press the value ↑ key to choose the next higher coefficient value.
6 Parameter
6.1 Number of beats (number of frequencies
The beats automatically selected by the instrument are: 12000, 14400, 18000, 19800, 21600, 25200, 28800, 36000, 43200. If the beat of the watch being tested is not within the automatic selection range, the instrument will display the nearest beat number, but the test result will be incorrect. At this time, the manual beat selection function should be used to adjust to the corresponding beat.
Manual selection can select the number of beats that the instrument cannot automatically recognize and the number of beats that are very rare. The manually selected beats are: 3600, 6000, 7200, 7380, 7440, 7800, 9000, 9100, 10800, 11880, 12000, 12342, 12480, 12600, 13320, 13440, 13500, 14000, 14040, 14160, 14200, 14 280, 14400, 14520, 14580, 14760, 14850, 15000, 15360, 15600, 16200, 16320, 16800, 17196, 17258, 17280, 17786, 17897, 18000, 18049, 18514, 19 332, 19440, 19800, 20160, 20222, 20944, 21000, 21031, 21306, 21600, 25200, 28800, 32400, 36000, 43200.
6.2 liters
The lift Angle of most common movements is 52°, so the lift Angle value set at the factory of the instrument is 52°. This value is needed when calculating the swing amplitude. The lift Angle can be set between 30° and 70°.
6.3 Measurement Cycle
The measurement periods are: 2 seconds, 4 seconds, 8 seconds, 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds, and 60 seconds. Used to calculate the average value of the test results.

8 Handling of common faults
8.1 After plugging in the power supply, if the screen does not light up, check whether the power supply indicator light is on
8.2 After startup, the instrument emits a "beep" sound and enters the testing state. After installing the sensor and placing the watch properly, the instrument stops working
Check whether the watch will rotate (and the swing amplitude should be more than 100°), and whether the crown of the watch is in contact with the metal sheet of the sensor.
8.3 The signal light will be on, but the displayed lines are very messy or there are many lines
It might be that the rhythm is incorrect. You can manually adjust it to match the rhythm (frequency) of the watch.
