The product is a 1853-P 25C Arrows & Rays Seated Liberty coin, composed of 90% silver with a fineness of 0.9. It was minted in Philadelphia, United States, and certified by NGC as AU Details. This lightly circulated coin strong pinwheel there is no build up on any edges. This is an indicator of whizzing that occurred prior to my purchase. This is an excellent coin and it offers a brilliant pinwheel cartwheel as well as great luster.

This is one of the best looking coins I have owned. I really thought it would come in somewhere between 64 and 66.
