Poor cosmetic condition. Tape on the bottom case and scratches and scuffs. Specs unknown. The only testing done was powering the device on and connecting it to another computer to be erased. Sold as is for parts/not working. Will ship best way that usually ends up being Postal Service, but could also be FedEx ground or UPS!
