I pulled this card and immediately sleeved it. One owner, never mishandled. It was sleeved and is photographed in the sleeve. While I am not a card grader, I do look at each card I post and get rid of ones with obvious flaws, major print lines, etc. So any card that I post I do consider to be near mint or higher, any minor marks, off centering, flaws, is exactly how it came out of the pack.
