This is a vintage car or caravan pennant from the 1960s or possibly 70s.
It came to me with a large collection of Camping and Caravan Club Pennants, and I am pretty sure that its purpose was to decorate a caravan on campsites.

This pennat is a vintage, triangular souvenir pennant flag celebrating the city of Antwerp, Belgium.

• Main Artwork: A colored illustration depicts a white passenger ship sailing on water.

• Background Cityscape: The skyline of Antwerp is visible behind the ship, including the prominent Cathedral of Our Lady spire.

• Text: The words "FLANDRIA antwerpen" are printed in stylized, gothic-like typography in the top-left corner.

• Flag Accent: A small Belgian tricolor flag (black, yellow, red) sits next to the text.

• Coat of Arms: The red and white coat of arms of Antwerp is depicted in the lower-left corner.

THE OTHER SIDE HAS A DIFFERENT IMAGE, commemorating the historic Belgian sail training ship, the Mercator.

• The Ship: The top half depicts the Mercator, a famous steel-hulled barquentine launched in 1932 that served as a training vessel for the Belgian merchant fleet.

• The Banner: A yellow scroll at the top explicitly displays the name "MERCATOR" in an stylized, gothic-style font.

• The Shield & Crown: Below the ship is a heraldic black shield containing a lion rampant topped by a royal crown, representing the Coat of Arms of Belgium.

• The Tip: The bottom point of the triangular pennant features the black, yellow, and red vertical stripes of the Belgian national flag.
  
  

The pennant has some very light wear commensurate with age, it is in excellent condition with no obvious flaws.
