Working principle
Photobiomodulation Helmet uses the near infrared (NIR) Lights - 810nm - that is produced from 280pcs laser diode. 810nm wavelengths coincide with the “optical window” of mammalian skin, that is, the wavelength at which there is maximal absorption of light. Unlike regular lasers which produce tissue heating or ablation, absorption of light by a chromophore in PBM produces a photochemical effect that is analogous to photosynthesis in plants. Cytochrome C oxidase, a member of the mitochondrial electron transport chain, acts as the chromophore that leads to production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), generation of reactive oxygen species, and induction of cell signaling.This results in cell proliferation, down-regulation of inflammation, increased tissue oxygenation, wound healing, nerve-regeneration, and pain reduction.

It is recommended to work in PW mode, 40Hz, 100% power, use six times a week for 24 minutes each time, and adhere to the treatment for 8-12 weeks or more.
How to Use the PBM Helmet
1. Disconnect the charger and make sure the helmet is powered OFF.
2. Connect the remote controller to the helmet.
3. Put the helmet on your head.
4. Long press the ON/OFF button on the controller to power on (device turns on, but helmet has not started woking yet).
5. Press the OK button on the controller to start or stop helmet.
6. Set woking time (1–60 minutes, e.g., 20 minutes).
7. Set working mode and power intensity:
Press Mode button to choose Continuous Wave (CW) or Pulse Wave (PW).
Frequency can only be set in PW mode.
8. Check the Liquid Crystal Display.
9. The helmet will turn off automatically after the set time. Do not exceed 60 minutes per session.
10. To stop early: turn off power first, then remove the helmet.
