Comes as shown, we'll be disassembled before shipped. Wheels will be removed and the bars will be removed. But still attached by the cables. Possibly more minor things we'll notify if there is more to reassemble minor rust on a few parts very minor it looks like, nice comfortable ride minor scuffs nothing big but very slick bike looks goood thanks for your interest shipping im not sure how much will cost but if its majorly less than what you pay ill send back some ! thanks snd offers but pretty firm over here on price
