This porcelain sauce boat is in the Blue Flowers pattern by Royal Copenhagen. It is shape number 1883 and measures approximately 2" tall, 5 3/8" long, and 2 3/4" wide. It has a bar under the L in Royal, which is code for the year of production, 1954. There are two lines scratched in the glaze over the three wavy lines in the maker's mark. This was done on pieces that were not first quality. They had very high standards, and sometimes it is difficult to find the flaws. This has one little underglaze indent on the front of the foot, that is very hard to see. There are closeups in the last two pictures. I couldn't find any other noticeable flaws. There is some wear on the unglazed base, but no chips or cracks. Please see my photos, and thanks for the interest!
