This issue is especially notable among NARUTO collectors as the second cover appearance of the series in Weekly Shonen Jump, released during the earliest days of Masashi Kishimoto’s now legendary franchise.

Inside is NARUTO Chapter 15, "Return of the Sharingan," accompanied by lead color pages. This chapter takes place during the iconic Land of Waves storyline and features the early Team 7 era with Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and Kakashi before the series became a worldwide phenomenon.

The cover prominently features Naruto alongside Sasuke and Sakura, making this one of the most recognizable early-era NARUTO magazine issues.

An additional collector highlight is the original reader survey postcard (ハガキ), which remains attached and intact. Many surviving copies are missing this insert, making complete examples increasingly difficult to find.
