Description:
A tough, durable, two part wood filler based on polyester resin. Long lasting repair for all wood types.

Uses
General wood filling of windowsills, frames, banisters, MDF and
laminates, etc. Repairing wood damaged by wet rot in both
internal and external locations. Repair damage and chips to
parquet or laminate flooring, wooden furniture, etc.

Preparation
Ensure the repair area is clean and dry and free from dust or any
contamination that may affect adhesion. Any rotten wood should
be totally removed.
If you intend to overstain the repair, choose the filler colour
closest to the wood you are filling, not the stain you intend to use.
Always check the stain on a small area as the filler may absorb the
stain at a different rate to the wood.

Application
Mix a golf ball volume of filler (approx. 38mm diameter and a
38mm strip of hardener into a homogeneous paste with the
spatula provided. Press firmly into the surface to be repaired,
leaving it slightly proud. Leave to dry for about 30 minutes until
hard before finishing (sanding and or painting/staining).

Limitations
Do not attempt to push mixture back into pack once mixed. Avoid
contact with eyes and skin. Always test a small inconspicuous area
for colour matching purposes. Throw away any unused mixed
material after 10 minutes.

Shelf Life
2 years from date of manufacture when stored in unopened tins.

Storage Conditions
Store upright between 10-20o
C in cool dry conditions away from
sources of ignition. Keep containers sealed.

Disposal of Containers
Do not leave empty containers where residue could be harmful to
children, animals or the environment. Replace lids and remove
any containers to a central disposal point in accordance with local
regulations.

children. It is the users responsibility to determine suitability for
