How it works:
Rats and other wild animals use the sewer pipes as a means of climbing. They overcome vertical distances through clever body movements in narrow drainage pipes. Since the downpipes are not constantly flooded with water, various animals look for food sources and rise up. Without a closed toilet lid, your apartment door will always remain open to pests.
The rat stop breaks this chain: It changes the usual pipe geometry and reliably prevents pests from emerging from disposal shafts. This means that unwanted creatures no longer have access to your living spaces - for a safe home!
