nLIGHT model e18 2000976200 fiber output diode laser.

Tested to 45 Watts, as far as my current power meter reads. 

Running @ 25V just under 5 amps I maxed the 45 watts of my meter. 

Other ones I have had of the same model I was using 26.2v to 26.68v to achieve the same 45 watts so it is running strong.

I bought this with a slightly burned fiber end. It looked like someone got it too close to a power meter head and it suffered from back flash. I keep mine at about 1 1/2" away and at a slight angle. 

Anyway I thought it best to replace the fiber cable assembly. To do this I drill a small hole in one corner of the cover,
I then carefully pry the cover loose and can then access the cable assembly screws and remove the whole cable and replace it with a nice one. The cover is held in place by tape. You can remove it and add your own adhesive if you wish.
I would advise against that as it may out gas onto the optical components. 
 
I have added a spec sheet photo from a similar unit from nlight. That one operates @ 27.7 to 28.3V @ 16A to get the 200 Watts
