These items are roughly 40 years old and are unused. However, due to age and the inferior quality of an artificial material used to make the wallets, their brittleness will cause some flaking in the wallet material. There’s also an issue, sometimes with the blue ink that is on the metal badge, which can stick to the plastic covering of the ID card. Simple alcohol on a tissue will remove the blue ink from the plastic covering. However, a light amount of that blue will come off of the badge. This may not be in all the cases. With that said…
