Vintage Liberty Drum Bank with Patriotic with no Stopper As seen condition. The drum measures 4 3/4 inches long and 4 1/4 inches in diameter. 

The drum is in fair condition. This would be good for a project to incorporate into your 4th of July celebration.  There is chipping to various spots on the bank , there is residue especially in the nook and crannies of the bank, there is no stopper, there is writing on the bottom of the jar, there is discoloration and wear to the top of the bank on the red coloring, there is a deep groove into one of the white areas of the drum - see photo - 9-13. Both  sides that feature stars show chipping and aging to the stars. The red and the blue areas show wear and is faded.
