Condition wise, I'd say the book is GOOD.  The DUST JACKET is worn around the edges.  Especially along the corners of the spine.  Along the lower bottom edge of the spine, you can see a small tear in the DJ.  The DJ has ALSO been wrapped in a plastic sleeve.  On the inner DJ on the cover there is a small yellow price tag.  ALSO there is a price of $5.95 written on the inside 2nd page of book... it's lightly written in pencil (SEE PICS).  The book itself is SO NICE inside... white pages.  TIGHT SPINE.  If not for the pencil mark and the issues with the DJ, I would have listed, this as a higher grade.  

I don't think you will be disappointed with your purchase.
