       Refunds: Well, it all depends on the situation. It is in my best interest for each transaction to have both parties satisfied. Item Features:

1.100% complete and all original, no repro parts, you get everything pictured

2.figure is in very good condition, has some light wear and some paint wear

3.no rusty screws, one slight elbow crack, most of the joints are fairly tight

4.filecard is in decent/ok shape, has some minor misc wear 

5.accessories are in pretty good shape, some light wear, no major issues

Overall, really nice solid figure!
