This matching pair tells a visual story of growth, time, and survival. The left card captures the innocence of youth with short hair and fresh wings.  The right card reveals the same character later in life - weathered by the elements with long, wild hair and tattered wings, but yet an unbroken spirit.  Time leaves its mark on everyone, even the Fae. In this acrylic ACEO diptych, I wanted to paint a timeline of growth. We start with "Untouched" where the wings are crisp and the world feels still. We end with "Unbroken, where the tattered wings tell a story of survival. The hair grows long, the path gets wilder, but the inner strength remains.  We all have to go though time and getting older and wiser.  This would make a great piece for anyone into the fantasy, elvan, magical world of little fairies flittering among us.  Perfect for gifting and framing.
