This is a Lovely Vintage / Pre War John Bull Prismatic Glass & White Rubber Reflector, for Rear Mudguard. I don't this this has ever been used. It has age related scuff wear and marks. Diameter: 2,1/4". PAT Number: 34021. N.P.L No. 101. The mounting nut will not move. The rubber has is hard and has an ivory tint to it. It has a detailed edge to make it look like a vintage tyre. Made in England.
