How to make sure your car system?
- 1. Press the "Settings" or "Menu" button on the radio
- 2. Go to "Settings"
- 3. Scroll down
- 4. Find similar FM interfaces (as shown on the right)
Compatible Models and Year:
- For Audi A4 A5 S4 S5 RS4 RS5 Q5 2009-2015 with 2GMMI
- If your Audi has radio control knob between LCD screen and climate control panel, and if it says Concert or Symphony Radio on top of the radio, then you have Concert or Symphony radio, it is MMI 2G System.
- Not fit for 3GMMI.

F&Q:
- Q1: I don't know how to take out the car dashboard, do you provide installation?
A1: We only sell Carplay products,Not including car installation and Installation fee. Please go to car shop toinstall , but about our product issues, we are more professional than auto repairshop. Base on our experience, many problem comes from the wrong operating andwrong cable connection. Please feel free to contact us if you need help . - Q2: Why can't I use it after installation? Black screen, no signal, etc. . .
A2: Please make sure you follow the installation steps in the manual. Confirm all cable connection is right and set right toggle switch number first. Don't put our wifi antenna inside of the center console. When you change the wiring or toggle switch, remember to turn off the car firstthen unplug the can power cable from the decoder box. - Q3: Will I have to change my original car screen or make wiring modifications?
A3: This kit allows retain the factory fitted display screen in your car; Needn't cutting wires etc. During the installation, you can get help from us directly. - Q4: Can I use the original car Bluetooth to transmit sound?
A4: Of course, we can send upgraded firmware to you. Our decoder can transmit sound through AUX and Bluetooth and has HD Interface function. - Q5: I can't use screen mirroring?
A5: Confirm your mobile phone version information.Android phone does not support wireless Mirroring, only supports wired autolink Mirroring. Some video software also has restrictions on this function. such as Netflix..
