PE4302 is a high linearity, 6-bit digital RF step attenuator, "DSA" to 0.5dB step to 31.5dB attenuation range. The frequency range is from DC - 4000MHz to achieve attenuation. This 50 Ohm RF DSA provides both parallel and serial CMOS control interfaces running on a single 3 volt power supply and maintains high attenuation accuracy over frequency and temperature. It also has a unique control interface that allows the user to select the initial attenuation state at power-up. Features a shielded enclosure and anti-reverse connection protection diodes.
