Cute vintage70s era black high waisted long dress with colorful floral pattern.  The fabric is a soft cotton.

The dress has a white cotton collar and French cuffs.  There is a single round white plastic button embellishment between the pointed collar.

The dress closes in back with a nylon zipper.  The only label I could find was a care tag.

WAIST - 22"

HIPS - 34"

LENGTH - SHOULDER TO WAIST -12", WAIST TO HEM - 39 1/2"

SLEEVE LENGTH - 22"

SHOULDER TO SHOULDER -12 1/2"

CONDITION - FAIR - There are several breaks of about an inch on the two side seams.
