Up for sale is a vintage Climb the Needle Seattle World’s Fair board game. My mother, father and I attended the fair in 1962 and this came home with us as a fair souvenir.

Sadly, this item was moved around our house a lot and improperly stored in a basement for some time. Due to this the box has obvious wear, creasing, and exposed cardboard and my mother taped all four corners of both the bottom and top box with scotch tape in order to ensure the box kept its shape. There is an old price sticker on the top corner as well.

This item has a die in it, but no other game pieces and we have no way to find or obtain the pieces that may have originally come with this board. They were lost some time ago and my mother substituted pieces from other games in order to play this game.

The game board itself is still very vibrant with beautiful colors.

Great for a beginner collector or someone who wants a piece of World’s Fair memorabilia.
