I'm pretty sure that it is a hammered pewter trinket dish with a scalloped rim. On the bottom, "Dan Schott 1957" is unprofessionally scratched into it. It does have some patina, mainly along the inside outer lip. Please watch the video and look at the pictures closely and judge the condition for yourself.
