I purchased these quilt blocks some years ago as shown hoping to make a quilt top with them, but never got to it. They are authentic late 19th century, hand-stitched, quantity (36), approximately 7" square in a Jacob's Ladder pattern. The stitches are approximately 6-8 per inch. Each block is shown in the first six photos. A typical block back is shown in the last photo, so you can see the stitching and pressing of seams. These blocks would make an awesome quilt top for your next quilt project.
I'm continuing a mammoth de-stash including FABRIC, YARN, NEEDLEWORK MAGAZINES & BOOKS and MORE, so please watch my listings & check back frequently! I've been collecting for years.
Thanks for looking!
