• We ship via UPS Ground or USPS.
• We only ship to confirmed U.S. addresses as indicated in PayPal.Please message us through eBay’s message system if any of our packages arrive damaged.
• We are located in Kent, Washington and items can be picked up directly from our facility. 
• Sorry, we don’t ship to Alaska or Hawaii without pre-arrangement. 

WARRANTY

• WE DO NOT WARRANTY LAPTOP BATTERIES. Your refurbished machine will contain a used battery. By their nature batteries do not typically have long lives. We test batteries to ensure they are functional and hold a charge, but we do not guarantee the duration of that charge.   

RETURNS

• NO PARTIAL REFUNDS.  In general, we do not give partial refunds to resolve order issues.  For quality control and verification purposes, we prefer that the buyer returns the item for a refund or replacment. 
• Refunds are on final bid amount only; shipping and handling are non-refundable.
