Dr. Ophelia Bray, a psychologist, is assigned to a space exploration group who are sent to explore a planet that was left abandoned. However, Ophelia is not just here to explore the mysterious planet. She is also determined to prevent a disease called Eckhart-Reiser syndrome (ERS), which caused the death of twenty-nine people. When the pilot of the crew is found dead in the spaceship, Ophelia wonders if ERS has struck again or are there secrets that the crew are hiding from her.
